St. Louis—Four men from Crawford, Franklin and Maries Counties have been indicted on methamphetamine charges.
Each of the following defendants were indicted by a federal grand jury on one felony count of conspiracy to possess pseudoephedrine for the manufacture methamphetamine. The indictment was returned March 12, but remained sealed until the arrest of the defendants. They appeared in federal court on Friday, May 8. Taken into custody on federal drug charges were Dustin A. Curtis, 24, Belle, MO; Clayton T. Sherman, 26, Cuba, MO; Brandon L. Sherman, 38, Sullivan, MO; and Kyle M. Pennock, 23, Bourbon, MO. If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000.
