Raymond E. Ederati Raymond E. Ederati of Cuba, Missouri was born on Wednesday, August 19, 1925 in Knobview, Missouri, to Sam Ederati and Julia Ramori Ederati and passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2009 in St. James, Missouri at the age of 83 years, 11 months, and 13 days. He married Mary Harmon nee Wagner on October 14, 1980 in Steelville, Missouri. Raymond worked on highway construction, then later owned and operated The Rock Fair Restaurant for nearly 20 years. In his later years he operated Ray’s Car Care at Art Hughes Used Car Business in Cuba, Missouri. His hobbies were gardening and working in the yard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Julia Ederati; infant sister; step dad, Arthur Paule; wife Gladys Ederati; and step-sister, Audrey McClelland. He is survived by his wife, Mary of the home; sons, Duane (Linda) Ederati of Columbia, Missouri and David (Laura) Ederati of Pequea, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Anthony Ederati of Naples, Florida, Eric Ederati of Pequea, Pennyslvania, and Krista Phipps of Columbia, Missouri; sister-in-law, Carol Echols of Cuba, Missouri; other relatives and friends. Visitation was Monday, August 3, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service was Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Hutson Funeral Home with Rev. Delmar Hutson officiating. Burial at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri with pallbearers Randy Hayes, Carl Mosley, Gordon Steffans, Gary Ramori, Lowell Krewson, Douglas Hodge and honorary Art Hughes. Arrangements under the direction of Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri. |
