A Bourbon woman died Sunday when her car struck a tractor-trailer head-on in Franklin County.

Christen N. Parmley, 22, was killed around 1:50 a.m. Sunday morning when her car struck an 18-wheeler driven by Dorinel Dorosan, 47, of Belleville, Ill. Parmley’s car was headed eastbound in the westbound lanes of Interstate 44 at mile marker 250.4. She was not wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash.
