School approves landing zone request

    Steelville will have a second helicopter landing zone soon, thanks to the Steelville School District. At a meeting on February 23, school board members agreed to allow the Steelville Ambulance District to create a landing area on the newly acquired Brown Shoe Factory lot adjacent to the downtown campus.
