Missouri has saved $6.7 million since 2009 by reducing leased space

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – In response to Governor Jay Nixon’s call for a smarter, more efficient state government, the Missouri Office of Administration has generated a five-year savings of $6.7 million for Missouri taxpayers by eliminating more than 432,000 square feet of leased space and renegotiating contracts.
