Apres-Ski Dinner Theater returns to Ozark Actors Theatre on Feb. 7

    Ozark Actors Theatre announces the 12th Annual Après-Ski Dinner Theatre Fundraiser on Saturday, February 7, 2014, with entertainment provided by Die Laughing Productions of St. Louis. Delia Schindler, owner of Die Laughing Productions, along with John Vullo, are both accomplished actors, skilled in the art of ad lib, and “Red Neck Wedding- Get Hitched or Die” is their newest production for OAT’s Après-Ski event.

Crawford County Fair hosting Showring Showdown March 7

    March 7 is the date for the 2nd Annual Showring Showdown being held at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at I-44 & Hwy UU. Tickets are on sale at the Visitor Center, Peoples Bank on Washington, Dana Richter Shelter Insurance in Steelville Tickets can also be purchased at the Showring Showdown. Cost of tickets is $100. With your ticket you have entrance for two people, dinner for two, drinks, dancing and one raffle entry. The winner gets $10,000.

Art in the Park returning to Steelville

Art in the Park is coming back to Steelville this spring and promises another enjoyable day of creative fun for people of all ages. The annual event, sponsored by the Steelville Arts Council, is scheduled for Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Steelville Community Park.
