“A State Divided – The Civil War in Missouri” exhibit continues to bring in people from all over the state and some from Illinois, Florida, Colorado and Pennsylvania.
Mining engineering students at Missouri University of Science and Technology are brewing up a special treat for people who want to visit S&T’s Experimental Mine Facility this Halloween.
The local community is invited to participate in a 5K run/walk through the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus on Saturday, Oct. 18, as part of Missouri S&T’s Homecoming celebrations.
The 36th Annual OLD IRON WORKS DAY’S will be held on October 11th and 12th at beautiful Maramec Spring Park located 6 miles southeast of St. James on Highway #8. Crafts will be demonstrated continuously during the two-day event. Displays and other activities will be ongoing each day.
The Emerging Artist exhibition at Gallery Zeke will feature the work of several up and coming local and regional artists whose talents have caught the eye of the Steelville Arts Council. Many different types of art will be displayed, including paintings, drawings, photography, wood bowls, and much more.
