SJMS track teams break three records

    The St. James Middle School track teams set three new records this week. The teams took first and second at Hermann on April 16. The boys were first out of seven teams, while the girls finished second out of eight teams.

    The St. James High School soccer team dropped three games last week.
    The Lady Tigers fell to Four-Rivers Conference foe Owensville 5-1 Thursday, April 18 at home. STJ lost to non-league foe Laquey 7-2 Tuesday, April 16 at home.

Tigers golf squad beats Owensville, fall to Union

    The St. James High School golf team dropped a Four-Rivers Conference dual meet to Union 179-206 Wednesday, April 17 at the St. James Golf Course.
    Union’s Garrett Klenke shot three-over-par 39 to earn individual medalist honors while his Wildcat teammate, Jacob Towell, was runner-up with 42.

STJ boys win nine events to capture Cuba Invitational

    The St. James High School track team highlighted a busy week with a boys’ team championship in the Cuba Invitational Thursday, April 11.
    St. James also participated in the Union Invitational Tuesday, April 9 and Saturday, April 13 STJ got a chance to compete on the venue for the upcoming Missouri Class 3 State Championships at the Capital City Relays at Jefferson City High School.
