Library hosts presentation on owls

On Thursday, October 4, naturalist Mark Glenshaw visited the Bourbon Library and Community Center. He gave a lively presentation on the Great Horned Owls in Forest Park, which is located in the city of St. Louis.

Glenshaw has been studying the Forest Park Owls for many years.  Part of his presentation included phenomenal video documentation of these fascinating owls.  It was evident in the question and answer session at the end of the presentation that he grabbed the audience’s attention as numerous questions were asked by both kids and adults.  Next week’s free program, sponsored by the Bourbon Library and Community Center, will be held on Thursday, October 11 at 6:30 p.m.  It is titled “Will, Trusts, and Probates” and will be presented by attorney Mark Wenner.
