Meet a royal chef at the Working Women’s Show being held February 23 in St. Charles

Darren McGrady, chef to Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana and Princes William and Harry for 15 years, will be the featured speaker on the Main Stage at the Working Women’s Show February 23, 2019, at 3 p.m. at the St. Charles Convention Center.

He will discuss his activities and service as chef, as well as the favorite foods and the no no’s of the royals, and the recipes he enjoys creating.
He also has cooked for four U.S. presidents who dined with the queen at Buckingham Palace.
In 1998, looking for new challenges, he moved to Dallas, Texas, where he is a chef, author, culinary consultant, event planner and public speaker. His first cookbook titled “Eating Royally: Recipes and Remembrances from a Palace Kitchen,” is now in its sixth printing, with all proceeds going to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation.
