Lillian Belle Ramori (nee Kingston) was born on Wednesday, April 12, 1922 in St. James, Missouri to Henry and Roena Engle Kingston and passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 at the age of 96 years, 8 months and 23 days.
Lillian married Hector P. Ramori on May 29, 1950 in Harrison, Arkansas and they were married 51 years before he passed away.
She was a parishioner of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Cuba, Missouri and enjoyed going to Mass every Saturday evening.
Lillian’s biggest achievement was her family and enjoyed her grandchildren very much. She was a great cook and enjoyed entertaining her family.
Her hobbies were reading and doing crossword puzzles. She especially enjoyed the summer months sitting on her front porch reading and waving at people as they drove by.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Roena Kingston; husband, Hector; brother, Lloyd (Amy) Kingston; and sisters, Eileen (Kenneth) Dudley, Mabel (Sam) Flaim and Grace (Leo) Monari.
She is survived by her children, Beverly (Joe) Russek of Fenton, Missouri, Gary Ramori of Cuba, Missouri, Karen (Mark) Havard of Cuba, Missouri and Damon (Teresa) Ramori of Rosati, Missouri; grandchildren, Michael Russek, Amy (Andy) Sanazaro, Adam (Jodi) Rutz, Aaron (Kayla) Rutz and Andy (Brook) Rutz; great grandchildren, Addison, Akadia, Presley, Elsie, Aven and Whitlee; other relatives and friends.
A private visitation and funeral Mass will be at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Cuba with Father Richard Boever officiating.
Burial at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
