Prop S seeks votes to improve Steelville schools

Proposition S will ask Steelville voters to decide whether to approve a no-tax-increase bond issue for the Steelville School District. The question will be on the April 2 Municipal Election ballot, and it asks voters to approve issuing bonds for $3 million to make improvements to school facilities. The additional funds will not increase the tax burden on local property owners.
