Chicago men caught with fake credit cards

    Two Chicago men face felony charges in Crawford County after a state trooper allegedly found a printer used to make fake credit and debit cards—along with 76 credit/debit cards—in their vehicle. Alvin E. Hall, Jr., 26, and Phillip B. Smith, 34, are both charged with class D felony possession of forging instrumentality as a result of the incident.
