Alfred Robert Bonser of Cuba, Missouri was born on Tuesday, March 9, 1948 to Robert and Mary MacNamara Bonser in Nottingham, New Hampshire and passed away on Monday, October 21, 2019 at the age of 71 years, 7 months and 12 days.
Alfred was employed as a machinist in Nottingham, New Hampshire for Gen Corp then transferred with the company to Cuba, Missouri.
He married Sue Baker on March 16, 1996 in Cuba, Missouri.
Alfred also owned and operated the R&R Canoe rental business in Cuba and Steelville, Missouri. He attended First Baptist Church in Steelville, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Bonser; and father-in-law, Raymond Baker.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Bonser of Cuba, Missouri; sons, Justin (Tiphani) Isom of Owensville, Missouri Matt Isom of Bourbon, Missouri, Robert Bonser of Bourbon, Missouri and Eddie (Patsy) Brooks of Cuba, Missouri; daughters, Christina (Shawn) Brooks of Cuba, Missouri, Rebecca Pagliccia of Sanford, Maine, Mary (Mark) Young of Wakefield, Massachuttes and Julie Brooks of Cuba, Missouri; brother, Terry (Mary) Bonser of Nottingham, New Hampshire; mother-in-law, Ruth (Elgie) Hill of Cuba, Missouri; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kathy (Darrell) Cunningham of Bourbon, Missouri, Joyce Baker of Cuba, Missouri, Carl (Debbie) Baker of St. James, Missouri, Elgeana (Dale) Golden of Cuba, Missouri, Laura (Ron) Carr of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Glendal Baker and Kim Polite, all of Park Hills, Missouri; 18 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at the Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri.
Funeral service was on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Hutson Funeral Home in Cuba, Missouri with Rev. Bob Coleman officiating.
Burial was at the Freeman Cemetery, Cherryville, Missouri.
Pallbearers were Austin and Chase Burlage, Jake Collier, Thomas Willett, Cody, Jacob, Eddie and Shawn Brooks.
Arrangements under the direction of the Hutson Funeral Home in Cuba, Missouri.
