Logan Esten Callahan was born Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Missouri Baptist Hospital, Sullivan, Missouri to Jesse Callahan and Morgan Dixon and passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the young age of 9 months.
Logan was loved by everyone who knew him and took care of him. He had all the nurses wrapped around his little finger and he was always smiling at them. He loved to be surrounded by his stuffed animals.
His eyes would light up every time his mommy and daddy came in the room.
He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Jerry Livesay; and great grandmother, Diana Harris.
He is survived by his parents, Jesse Callahan and Morgan Dixon of Cuba, Missouri; big brother, Aiden Callahan of Bridgeton, Missouri; grandparents, LaDonna Driver of Cuba, Missouri, Curtis and wife Deborah Callahan of Cuba, Missouri, Tanya Armstrong of Dupo, Illinois and Barry Dixon of Lebanon, Illinois; great grandparents, Charlotte Livesay of Cuba, Missouri, Walter and Joyce Lee of Cuba, Missouri, Rick Armstrong of Bowling Green, Missouri and Edward Harris of Cahokia, Illinois; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019 at the Mizell Funeral Home in Cuba, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019 at the Mizell Funeral Home with Brother John Ripley officiating. Special music was by great uncle David Callahan.
Interment, prayers and balloon release followed at the Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
