School hit with $350,000 insurance bill

    Cuba Schools Superintendent Jon Earnhart delivered some painful news to the Board of Education during its monthly meeting on November 25 when he reported the district had to pay a $350,000 assessment to settle unpaid health insurance claims. And as bad as that was, the school’s health insurance situation is likely to get even worse.
