Council gets first look at administrative warrant bill

    A proposed bill that would give the city of Cuba the authority to issue search warrants to investigate nuisances on private property was discussed by the city council at its regular meeting on February 18. The council did not take action on the plan, but the mayor wants to move forward on approving it in March.
