Jeremy Wade Cale of St. James, Missouri was born in Columbia, Missouri on January 4, 1980 to Floyd and Barbara Fredenall Hayden Cale and passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the age of 40 years.
Jeremy was a graduate of John F. Hodge High School in St. James, Missouri the Class of 1997.
He was a avid outdoors man, he loved fishing and being around the water. He enjoyed being with friends and sharing life experiences around the bonfire. A natural people person, Jeremy never knew a stranger, and never once, was he not, the first person there when a friend needed a hand. He was an electrician by trade but could work on and repair just about any small engine he could get his hands on. He loved to “tinker” and take apart and fix weedeaters, chainsaws and lawn mowers. He also enjoyed planning and planting a summer garden and his dogs.
He is survived by his daughter, Courtney Cale of Columbia, Missouri; father, Floyd Cale of St. James, Missouri; mother, Barbara Cale and step father Steve Asmussen of St. James, Missouri; brother, Nathan Hayden of Kansas City, Missouri; girlfriend, Sue Doskal of St. James, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the St. James Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary in St. James, Missouri.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 28, 2020 at the St. James Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary in St. James, Missouri with Chuck Ray officiating.
Internment followed at the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens in Rolla, Missouri.
