Assessor's office closed as of Monday

The Phelps County Assessor’s office is closing to the public as of Monday. The office issued the following release on March 21.



In accordance with Missouri Gov. Mike Parson’s guidance to avoid gatherings of 10 or more people, the Phelps County Assessor’s office will be closed to face-to-face in-person business effective Monday, March 23, 2020. However, the staff will be there to serve you. Anyone wishing to do business with the assessor’s office may do so by phone, email or fax.
