The Crawford County Library District (CCLD) will reopen on Monday, June 1, with new temporary hours in place.
The CCLD buildings will be open to the public for browsing and for limited computer usage (30 minutes maximum time allotment).
Building capacities will be limited in order to adhere to the six feet of social distancing guidelines set forth by the state. The CCLD has provided hand-sanitizing stations in all buildings, staff will be masked, and temporary sneeze guards are in place.
Patrons can still place holds online or via telephone for contactless pick-up throughout the week (Monday through Friday).
Director Elizabeth Outar noted, “Please bear with us as we strive to ensure the health and safety of our patrons and staff while still working to provide services. We take our commitment to health, safety, and access to heart.”
The CCLD temporary building hours for the three locations are as follows:
Bourbon: Mondays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesdays from noon to 5 p.m., Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Cuba: Mondays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesdays from noon to 5 p.m., Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
