Robert Thomas Middendorf of O’Fallon, Missouri was born on Saturday, December 12, 1953 to William Harry and Alice Margaret (Keith) Middendorf and passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the age of 66 years, 8 months and 1 day.
Robert accepted the Lord at a young age and attended a Presbyterian Church. He was raised by his uncle and aunt, William “Bill” and Lucille “Lou” Keith from the age of two.
He was a graduate of North County Tech High School in St. Louis County. He was a welder by trade in the metal fabricating industry. He was the father of twin daughters, Amy and Amanda.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alice Keith; special uncle and aunt, Bill and Lou Keith; and brother, William Middendorf Jr.
He is survived by his twin daughters, Amy Buxton of Bonne Terre, Missouri and Amanda Hauk of O’Fallon, Missouri; sister, Janice Amidon of O’Fallon, Missouri; grandchildren, Jackson Buxton, Emma Buxton, Liam Buxton and Isaac Buxton, all of Bonne Terre, Missouri and Nicholas Hauk and Emily Hauk, both of O’Fallon, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri.
Funeral service immediately followed at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri.
Burial was at the Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens in St. Louis, Missouri.
Local arrangements under the direction of the Hutson Funeral Home in Cuba, Missouri in coordination with Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri.
