    Rae Jean Robison of Bourbon, Missouri was born in San Bernardino, California on July 11, 1941 to James William Taylor and Blanche Lorraine (Hyde) Hood and passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at the age of 79 years.

    Rae Jean attended Bethel Christian Church School from 5-8th grade and from 9-12th grade, she attended Chaffey High School in Ontario, California.
    She married Jimmy Aaron Robison on August 27, 1961.
    Rae Jean enjoyed playing the piano and she had set songs that she would play during the holidays and other events. Everyone always looked forward to hearing her play. She also liked crocheting and making “scrubbies” to give to all of her family and friends. Rae Jean loved playing canasta, listening to her talk show radio, talking about history and the war and having family and friends over.
    Rae Jean always had a story, poem or riddle to tell when you were visiting with her. A few of the family’s favorites were, “The Owl and the Pussy Cat,” “You better pick that up it’s going to blow away to Timbuktu,” “Rings on her fingers and bells on her toes, she plays music wherever she goes.”
    Rae Jean will be remembered for the fun-loving, jokester, giving, pretty and strong-willed.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Robison; one brother, Floyd Benback; and three sisters, Eva May Derr, Teresa Courtright and Naomi Builder.
    She is survived by her daughter, Lora Loraine Breslich of Bourbon, Missouri; son, Ivan Aaron Robison and wife Nicole of Bourbon, Missouri; six grandchildren, Raelea Perschbacher and husband Mike, Shad Breslich, Jordan Robison, Paige Robison, Vivian Robison and Cole Robison; six great grandchildren, Chase, Lane, Fisher, Zahir, Lyric, Reddek and one more on the way; other relatives and friends.
    Cremation arrangements have taken place.
    Celebration of Life gathering was held from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, Missouri.
