The St. James Board of Education approved 10 additional paid emergency leave days to aid teachers who are forced to quarantine this semester and held a discussion on several COVID-19 related solutions last week. Patrick Stites, Phelps/Maries County Department of health Emergency Management coordinator, was on hand to answer questions as the board made its decisions during the October 15 meeting.
