New Missouri National Guard Hall of Fame (MONGHOF) announces formation and solicitation of nominations for the 2021 inaugural class

The new Missouri National Guard Hall of Fame (MONGHOF) was formed by a group of Missouri Veterans in 2020. The new Hall of Fame will be physically located in Kirksville, MO and will announce its inaugural class on October 1, 2021.

MONGHOF Chairman John J. Sastry, Esq., CFP® announces that the MONGHOF is actively soliciting nominations for its inaugural class. Sastry states, “The Hall of Fame looks forward to a robust, diverse and outstanding class of inductees. We are looking for nominations of members of the Missouri State Militia dating from 1862, the Missouri National Guard or the Missouri Air National Guard,” commented Sastry. “We look forward to individual submissions and encourage Veteran’s organizations to survey their membership, to identify worthy nominees.”
Nominations will be accepted through July 31, 2021. Nominations may be submitted electronically on the Hall’s website,, under the Nominations tab.
