Jimmie Lee Little of Steelville, Missouri was born February 1, 1960 to Jimmie and Donna Little in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away January 12, 2021 at the age of 60 years.
Jimmie married Regina Haynes on June 12, 1978 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Jimmie honorably served his country in the United States Navy.
After his service, he worked construcion and went to Ranken Technical School to become a welder. He became a pipefitter with Local 562 in St. Louis, Missouri. He then owned and operated Little Paving and Construction Company.
Jimmie was of the Penicostal Faith.
He enjoyed fishing, building and fixing things, older model 70’s cars and playing baseball in his younger days.
He is survived by his wife, Regina; one one, Nick Little and companion, Margarett Labbee; daughter, Angela Lewis and companion, Kenneth, all of Steelville, Missouri; one sister, Kelly; one niece, Kaitlyn of New Hampshire; two brothers-in-law, Tim of Steelville, Missouri and Kevin (Ulenita) of St. Clair, Missouri; one step father, Lee of O’Fallon, Missouri.
Jimmie donated his body to Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Burial will be at the Jefferson Barracks National Cementary in St. Louis, Missouri at a later date.
A memorial service was held with full military honors at the Ronald and Tena Slovensky river property in Steelville, Missouri on February 6, 2021. Tena officiated the memorial and Celebration of Life ceremony.
