Rally pays for road damage, but commission doesn’t want them back

At their April 20 meeting, Crawford County Commissioners met with organizers of the Rally in the 100 Acre Wood, but according to Presiding Commissioner Leo Sanders had already determined not to allow the organization to race on county roads for future events. He and other county officials cited a number of complaints received from county residents, and they had only spoken to one supporter of the event. After hearing the commission had decided to cancel it, however, several expressed their support of it.
