Brenda Sue (Hickman) Sivert of Advance, Missouri was born January 9, 1953 in Steelville, Missouri to Clarence and Geneva Ruth Harmon Ray and passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at the age of 69 years.
She married Rodger Sivert on April 6, 1991 in Steelville, Missouri.
Brenda was a founding member of Cape County Cowboy Church in Oak Ridge. She showed, trained and loved spending time with her horses. Her happiest times were on a horse. Brenda was a custom western frame artist and owned and operated the Spare Rib restaurant in Steelville, Missouri for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and step father, Bill Adams.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Rodger Sivert; two daughters, Lesley Hutson of Steelville, Missouri and Whitley (Gabe) Ford of Jackson, Missouri; two sons, Wes (Jill) Hickman of Berryman, Missouri and Chad (Kristi) Sivert of Campbell, Missouri; two brothers, Bobby (Rita) Ray and Randy Ray, both of Steelville, Missouri; two sisters, Caroline (Butch) Tomnitz of Rolla, Missouri and Cristy (Lisa Wheeler) Adams of Steelville, Missouri; three half-brothers, LeRoy Martin of Steelville, Missouri, Clarence Ray of Rolla, Missouri and Marion Ray of Cuba, Missouri; three grandsons, Clayton Hutson of Steelville, Missouri, Devin Sivert of Campbell, Missouri and Travis Ford of Jackson, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 9-11 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at the McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at the McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson, Missouri with Pastor Jim Matthews officiating.
Interment followed at 4 p.m. in the Fairview Cemetery in Berryman, Missouri.
