Benjamin Joseph Moore


    Benjamin Joseph Moore of Bellevue, Nebraska, formerly of Bourbon, Missouri, was born in Washington, Missouri on April 4, 1981 to Chris and Kathy (Hamilton) Moore and passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the age of 41 years.


    Life with Ben was always full of adventure. Ben brought an infectious joy to everything that he cherished. Ben’s greatest passions were his faith, family, his quad, and his pure contentment of being out in nature on a hunt with loved ones.
    Ben easily made friends wherever he went. He had a distinct ability to connect with everyone; whether it was people with challenges like himself, or those of us who saw in him the miracle of what was truly possible when God and your heart are bigger than your adversities. Ben was uniquely gifted at uniting individuals for a greater purpose. Ben had a love that permeated the soul, a giving heart to those who needed it most, and no excuses for living life to its fullest potential.
    He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and a sister-in-law, Jammie Moore.
    He is survived by his mother, Kathy Moore, of Bellevue, Nebraska; father, Chris Moore and wife Denise of Bourbon, Missouri; siblings, Kimberly Hoth and husband Michael of Bellevue, Nebraska, Tom Moore of Omaha, Nebraska, Nicole Seibert and husband John, and Kim Grube and husband Tony, all of Gerald, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
    Visitation was held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, Missouri.
    Services were held at noon on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, Missouri with Pastor Jason Moore officiating.
