Noble “Junior” Hutson Jr. of Cherryville, Missouri was born on Wednesday, September 26, 1934 in Keysville, Missouri to Noble and Bessie Mable (nee Oxendine) Hutson and passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at the age of 87 years, 10 months and 12 days.
Junior attended Keysville and Roanoak Schools.
He joined the Unites States Army where he served his country honorably. He had accepted the Lord as his personal Savior, was a baptized and had become a member of Center Point Baptist Church. He later joined Cherryville Church of God where he was a councilman.
Junior married Linda Sue Marler on September 4, 1976 in Flat River, Missouri.
He was a logger and scrapped metal. He enjoyed to work on vehicles, work in the shop and build things; especially BBQ pits, tables and shelves. He built any requested items for vacation bible school, including derby cars. Junior liked to read his bible and sit in the yard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noble and Bessie Hutson; parents-in-law, Clyde and Lorine Marler; infant brother, Jerry Hutson; sisters, Georgia (Calvin “Tad”) Worley, Loretta (Herman) Bilbrey, Juanita Land and Leota (Warren) Evans; brothers-in-law, James Weaver and Harold Land; and son-in-law, Steve Parker.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda Hutson of Cherryville, Missouri; children, Tony Hutson (fiancée Effie) of Cherryville, Missouri, Dawn (Billy) Shipman of Reynolds, Missouri, Kelly (Roger) Eaton of Bixby, Missouri, Jerry Holland of Davisville, Missouri, Liz Parker of Gillespie, Illinois, Larry “Boone” (Oleta) Hutson of Steelville, Missouri and Louanne (Randy) Williams of Cuba, Missouri; special nephew, Gary “Buck” (Gloria) Weaver of Cook Station, Missouri; sister-in-law, Judy (Charles) Worley of Cherryville, Missouri; brother-in-law, Gary (Nancy) Marler of Rolla, Missouri; 33 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at the Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville, Missouri.
Funeral service held at 1 p.m. with Pastor Dale Stringer officiating.
