It is interesting that someone would think that the most important issue in the election is “going green.” No doubt that person is not driving a gas fueled vehicle or using any gas fueled motor of any kind. That would be counterproductive to the thesis. Nevertheless, there are many in the area who cannot afford electric cars much less keep up with the rising prices at the grocery store.
On the other hand there are problems facing our country: high electric bills, illegals being treated better than the average citizen who pays taxes, a deteriorating military, threats from other countries caused by a semi-senile president, crime in large cities where the democratic leadership does little to stop it and gestapo like tactics of the justice enforcement agencies used for political purposes.
Placed against the “green” problem, it is evident that most citizens put the fossil fuel problem rather low on their list.
