Joseph “Joe” Eugene Chambers

    Joseph “Joe” Eugene Chambers was born on August 22, 1993 in Sullivan, Missouri to Rusty Chambers and Carren (Tinker) Dotson and passed away on October 16, 2022 at the age of 29 years.

    He attended school at Iron County C-4 and graduated with the Class of 2013 from Viburnum High School.
    Joe had a strong work ethic and was a jack of all trades. He worked in different states doing various jobs including laying fiber optics, working in the concrete and construction fields, and doing lawn care and landscaping. More recently, Joe lived and worked in Florida hanging shutters, installing gutters, and laying tile and other handyman jobs due to storm damage.
    Joe lived life to the fullest with his adventurous spirit and outgoing personality. He enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors; especially deer hunting and fishing on the Big Piney River. Joe was a gifted artist and created many beautiful drawings. He dearly loved his fur babies.
    He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Claude Chambers and Willard Eugene Tinker.
    He is survived by his mother, Carren Dotson and husband Boone of Bixby, Missouri; father, Rusty Chambers of Newburg, Missouri; siblings, Alicia Chambers and husband Larry Smith of St. James, Missouri, David Chambers of Springfield, Missouri, Jacob Chambers of Bixby, Missouri, and Brittany Chambers of Viburnum, Missouri; grandmothers, Lila Chambers of Newburg, Missouri and Aleta Dyer of Boss, Missouri; nieces, Kenadee, Kaelyn, Kimber; fur babies, Ruby, Baby Girl and Jane; other relatives and friends.
    Funeral services were held Monday, October 31, 2022 in the Wilson Mortuary Viburnum Chapel with Pastor Paul Davis officiating.
    Song selections played were “Home” and “Go Rest High On That Mountain.”
    Pallbearers were David Chambers, Nathan Copeland, Anthony Meyer, Austin Stulce, Skylair Stulce and Christian Cole. Honorary pallbearers were Jacob Chambers, Boone Dotson and Rusty Chambers.
    Burial was in the Dotson Cemetery in Bixby, Missouri.
