Three Rivers Publishing invited all those involved in races for the primary election on August 7 to answer five questions for publication. Each was asked the same questions regarding their families, their experience, why they were running for office, and issues they feel are of importance for the voting public to be aware of.

Individuals interested in serving on the board of directors of Crawford Electric Cooperative have just a few more days to get on the election ballot by turning in a nominating petition signed by at least 15 co-op members. The candidate petition period closes at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3.
