#ICANHELP delivered a powerful presentation on the importance of digital safety to students of the Steelville School District last week. The presentations, presented to separate groups of elementary, middle school and high school students, highlighted how students and adults can maintain a positive digital footprint and become “Digital First Responders,” those people who are prepared to handle cyberbullying, harassment, and other forms of abuse as soon as they arise.

SHS senior wins Class 2 state cross country finals
Steelville High School has a storied cross country program, especially in recent years, but no one has ever done what senior Conner Diaz did last Saturday. He was the individual Class 2 boys state cross country champion.
Veterans Day activites planned at school
Steelville Schools will celebrate Veterans Day with a lunch and program on Friday, November 11 at the Meramec Music Theatre. Lunch is at noon and a choir performance at 1 p.m.
