Bourbon High School senior Kayleigh Bates (seated, center) officially signed a letter of intent to play softball at Hannibal-LaGrange University on November 6. Kayleigh received a partial scholarship to attend the university and plans to study physical education and coaching.
Post-season volleyball honors were announced last week and several Bourbon High School players were recognized by the conference and district coaches.
Bourbon High School senior Kyleigh Gibbs was the lone Warhawk to make it to the Missouri State Cross Country Championships, which were held in Columbia on Saturday. In her final meet, she ran her best time of the season.
Bourbon High School senior Kyleigh Gibbs is headed to the Missouri Cross Country Championships, which will be held Saturday in Columbia. Gibbs qualified by finished fourth at this past Saturday’s Class 2 District 5 meet in Washington.
The Bourbon High School volleyball season came to a close last week at the Class 2 District 8 volleyball tournament in Belle. The Lady Warhawks ended the season with a record of 4-19-3.
