CFO ends fiscal year with $2.28 million in COVID-19 grantmaking

    With its fiscal year ending June 30, the Community Foundation of the Ozarks has granted a total of $2,282,338 for COVID-19 relief. Since it opened in late March, the CFO’s primary discretionary grantmaking program of the COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund has made 101 grants totaling $852,956.  

MSSDAR joins alliance partnership with the Missouri 2021 Bicentennial

    Missouri 2021 is excited to announce that the Missouri State Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (MSSDAR), under the leadership of Joan Magee, State Regent, has joined the Bicentennial Alliance!  August 10, 2021, will mark the state’s two hundredth anniversary of statehood. Magee said, “Recognizing this milestone is important. Our past and those of our ancestors shape our lives. We learn from this experience so we don’t repeat mistakes but rather make informed decisions going forward.”

New Troopers graduate from MSHP Academy

    Colonel Eric T. Olson, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, announces that 21 troopers graduated from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on today, Friday, June 26, 2020.
