Local graduate joins staff of St. James Dental Center

    Dr. Caitlin Rosemann, DMD, MPH, will be joining Dr. Ron Wilkerson at the St. James Dental Center starting in July.

Bourbon Community Foundation awards Coover Regional Recovery Grants

    The Bourbon Community Foundation has awarded total grants of $10,000 to five nonprofit agencies for recovery needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The grants are made possible by the Louis L. and Julia Dorothy Coover Charitable Foundation, managed by Commerce Trust Company in partnership with the Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO).

Judge sets trial date for Bourbon lawsuit

    Barring a settlement before then, former Bourbon police chief Paul Satterfield’s lawsuit against the city of Bourbon for what he claims was an unlawful firing will be heard in Crawford County Circuit Court in May 2022.

Shots fired leads to felony charge for Leasburg man

    A man who allegedly fired rounds from his rifle during an argument faces felony charges as a result. Steven Todd, 50, of Leasburg, has been charged with class E felony of unlawful use of a weapon for an incident that took place on May 7.
