Defending champion Blair Oaks is top seed for St. James Tourney

    The defending champion Blair Oaks High School boys basketball team grabbed the top seed for the 75th Annual St. James Tournament, to be held Jan. 20-25 at St. James High School’s Donati Gym.

Lady Tigers win FRC opener over New Haven

    The St. James High School girls basketball team returned from the holiday break by opening Four-Rivers Conference play with a 38-25 victory over New Haven Monday at St. James High.

Crocker fifth in ‘Wonder Woman’ event

    Four members of the St. James High School girls wrestling team competed in The Wonder Woman, a huge event held Friday and Saturday, Jan. 3-4, at Columbia Battle High School.

Tigers beat Union

    The Four-Rivers Conference opener proved to be no problem for the surging St. James High School boys basketball team. The Tigers won their fourth straight game in blowout fashion December 18 at Union, rolling over the Union Wildcats 58-34.

Wrestling Tigers finish 4-3 at Spartan Duals

    The St. James High School wrestling team pulled out a winning weekend at the Moberly Spartan Duals, held Friday and Saturday, Dec. 20-21.
    The Tigers came away from their year-ending competition with a 4-3 record in dual-meet competition. Victories for St. James came over Eldon 54-24, Southern Boone 42-30, Chillicothe 48-33 and Fulton 54-27. Tiger setbacks were by Cameron 69-9, Moberly 64-16 and Pleasant Hill 51-24.
