The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Troop I arrested two men July 25 on allegations of DWI and failing to register as a sex offender.
Johnny L. Lambert, 48, of Sullivan, was arrested at 9:03 a.m. on allegations of failing to register as a sex offender. He was booked and released.
Mitchell A. Grote, 43, of Bourbon, was arrested at 4 p.m. on allegations of driving while intoxicated, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner that resulted in a crash, having no insurance and not wearing a seatbelt. He was released.
