Brenda Vogeler of Rolla, Missouri was born August 23, 1949 in Searcy, Arkansas to Sidney Pearson and Betsy (Watson) Clendenin and passed away on September 28, 2026 at the age of 77 years.
She was a 1967 graduate of St James High School.
She married Richard Vogeler on December 9, 1978.
Brenda was a homemaker and a housewife and loved cooking big meals, quilting, scrapbooking, shopping, camping and traveling.
She attended the Rolla First Assembly church for many years. She loved the Lord and spent a lot of her time in the Bible and mentoring new believers. Brenda also volunteered at Birthright for many years.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Lee; second husband, Richard Vogeler; father, Sidney Pearson; stepmother, Dorthea Pearson; mother, Betsy Clendenin and husband Tom; and grandmother, Irene Churchwell.
She is survived by her children, Jami (Jonas) Boggess of St. James, Missouri, Jaki Gilbert of Rolla, Missouri, Jessica (Jeff) Stricklan of Vienna, Missouri, Jennifer (Mike) Spurgeon of St. James, Missouri, Rick (Minerva) Vogeler of Tucson, Arizona and Brian (Meredith) Vogeler of St. Peters, Missouri; siblings, Barbara Hancock of St. James, Missouri, Sid (Naomi) Pearson of St. James, Missouri, Cheryl (Mike) Evans of Rockwall, Texas and Ed (Kathy) Pearson of Cuba, Missouri; 13 grandchildren, Jordan, Jodi, Janae, Jake, Jadyn, Jacey, Jaelee, Jude, Jaxen, Josie, Jett, Judsen and Jagger; nine great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 4-5 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Rolla First Assembly of God Church in Rolla, Missouri.
Services were held at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026 at the Rolla First Assembly of God Church in Rolla, Missouri with Pastor Chuck Whitmire officiating.
