In this week’s editions of the Cuba Free Press, Steelville Star-Crawford Mirror and Saint James Press, readers will find a 24-page special section celebrating America’s 250 years.
Throughout the section are interesting articles about America’s founding fathers, states and presidents. There are also fun facts, trivia and some puzzles.
Page 16 contains a blank map of the United States to test readers knowledge of where states are located.
Staff members of the Cuba Free Press tried to place each state in the correct location on the map. They decided it’s been a long time since they had geography in school. Try it yourself and quiz your family!
