Charles "Charlie" William Coster Jr. of Cuba, Missouri was born Aug. 22, 1950 in Germantown, New York to Charles W. Coster Sr. and Martha (Sabransky) Coster and passed away March 23, 2026 at the age of 75 years.

He married Frances Julia "Julie" Myint on Jan. 25, 1995 in Greenport, New York.

He could tinker and repair almost anything. He had an impressive talent of identifying old cars and giving all the details of the make, model and specs just by looking at them.

Charlie maintained a beautiful home, loved keeping their property neat and clean and tending to the garden and pond. He had a colorful sense of humor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Martha Coster; and stepson, Dean Myint.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Julie Coster of Cuba, Missouri; four stepsons, Omar (Becky) Myint of St. Louis, Missouri, Matt (Tiffany) Myint of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Dan Myint of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Justin Myint of New York; four grandchildren, Kaylee Myint, Imani Myint, Thomas Myint and Alissa Myint; fur-babies, Luna, Jasper and Bebe; other relatives and friends.

Memorial visitation was held from 9-10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Cuba, Missouri.

Burial of his cremated remains followed at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Cuba, Missouri.
