Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I arrested Laura L. Mitchell, 55, of St. Clair, at 12:16 p.m. on Dec. 27, for driving while intoxicated on drugs. She was transported and released to the hospital. Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports minor injuries occurred in a one-vehicle crash at 9:51 a.m. on Dec. 30 at 16 Highway 49 in Crawford County. A west-bound 2004 GMC took moderate damage when a 60-year-old Davisville man hit a patch of ice, traveled off the roadway and struck a guardrail. The driver was transported by Steelville Ambulance to Phelps Health in Rolla. According to the MSHP report, the crash was investigated by Master Sergeant J.J. McDonald, and the driver was wearing his seatbelt. Troop I in Crawford County arrested Bryan M. Rogers, 33, of Bourbon, at 5:52 p.m. on Dec. 29, on three charges including a stolen vehicle felony warrant in Washington County, a misdemeanor Crawford County warrant for no insurance and a failure to appear for driving while intoxicated misdemeanor warrant in Jefferson County. He was transported to the Crawford County Detention Center, and at 12 p.m. on Dec. 31, was released. Jacob D. Young, 40, of Cuba, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Jan. 1 on allegations of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was then released. Troop I reported the arrest of Noah C. Blackwell, 24, of Cuba at 2:18 a.m. on Jan. 1 on allegations of driving while intoxicated as a prior offender and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway. He was held at the Bourbon Police Department and later released. Ethan E. Pfeiffer, 33, of St. Clair, was arrested in Crawford County on allegations of felony possession of a controlled substance and exceeding the posted speed limit. He was released road-side.
