Damaris Delcita “Dee” Salisbury was born on May 19, 1963 in Panama City, Panama and passed away suddenly on September 9, 2026 at the age of 63 years.

She married Phillip Salisbury on June 6, 1987 in Far Rockaway, New York.

She was an avid seamstress and loved to crochet and made many beautiful blankets for the grandchildren.

In her younger years, Dee enjoyed raising vegetables and had an amazing ability with plants.

Dee loved her Lord deeply. She loved to sing and to express her faith in praise.

In later years, she enjoyed traveling back to warmer places, especially to her native Panama and the Cayman Islands.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Clotilda Grandison (Jackson); and son, Jared Salisbury.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip; children, Phillip Salisbury Jr. and Kamala of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Caleb Salisbury and Priscilla of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Leah Salisbury of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Rachel Basham and Winston of Lotten, Oklahoma, Abigail Harvey and Andre of Columbus, Ohio, Mary Salisbury and Sebastian of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Joshua Salisbury of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; brothers, Hernando Grandison Jr. of Pensacola, Florida, and Samuel Grandison of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; sisters, Debora Browne of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Dilcia Grandison of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; father, Hernando Grandison; grandchildren, Cairo, Nova, Luna, Andre Jr., Kenneth, Ayden, Alijah, Levi, Amelia and Evelyn; other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held from noon to 2 p.m. on September 18, 2026 at Vichy Campground in Vichy, Missouri.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on September 18, 2026 at Vichy Campground in Vichy, Missouri.

Burial at Vichy Campground Cemetery.
