Ethel Elizabeth Belk was born on October 31, 1931 in Miller County, Missouri and passed away March 21, 2026 at the age of 94 years

Ethel attended Lambeth School in Miller County, Missouri.

In her younger days, she enjoyed attending dances and community gatherings.

She cherished outings with Lonnie and Lana and sharing a pineapple milkshake. She loved shopping, saving money and traveling, especially her annual July trips and excursions to the riverboats.

She was a member of the Jefferson City and Fairground Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charley Belk; daughter, Deloris Wilson; infant brother, John Forest Chrismon; and sisters, Louise Albertson and Vada Wilson.

She is survived by her daughter, Janet Cook of Vichy, Missouri; brothers, Freddie Chrismon of House Springs, Missouri and Donald Chrismon of St. Charles, Missouri; one grandchild, Lonnie Wilson; four great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral service was held at noon on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri with Grady Huggins officiating. Pallbearers were Marty Crismon, Daryl Hollis, Craig Hollis, Adam Meisel, Robert Herman and Joey Burris.

Burial in the Vienna Cemetery in Vienna, Missouri.

Arrangements under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
