Eunice Josephine Ann Stogsdill was born May 5, 1934 in Alton, Missouri to Elize and Pearl (Watson) Simpson and passed away June 17, 2026 at the age of 92 years.
She married Nolan Hugh Stogsdill on May 31, 1952 in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas.
She was a member at Christ Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in St. Clair, Missouri.
Eunice owned and operated E & H Silk Flower Shop in Gray Summit, Missouri for several years.
She enjoyed tending her flower garden, crafts, cooking and baking, especially during the holidays.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Nolan Hugh Stogsdill; and sisters, Mabel Martin, Violet Johnson, Daisy Brewer and Eula Bowerman.
She is survived by her children, Larry and wife Brenda of Camdenton, Missouri, Hulene and husband Doug Vermillion of Davisville, Missouri, Terry Stogsdill of Marthasville, Missouri and Sheila and husband Donnie Irvan of Grand Rivers, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026 at Christ Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in St. Clair, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Christ Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in St. Clair, Missouri with Pastor Jay Tilson and Pastor Duke West officiating.
Interment at Bourbon Cemetery in Bourbon, Missouri.
