The District has coordinated with the Head of Maintenance and Elite to establish a clear protocol for controls when future mechanical replacements are needed. NRG is hard at work in the high school this week and is now 90% complete with the lighting upgrades there. These improvements will help increase energy efficiency and improve lighting quality in classrooms and common areas. Custodial and maintenance staff are working hard this summer with deep cleaning underway in elementary classrooms and floor waxing throughout the elementary and middle school buildings. Playground improvements are also in progress. Crews have started removing old equipment and mulch and are preparing to add new mulch at both the elementary and middle school playgrounds.
