Glenn Michael Goldwasser of Cherryville, Missouri was born on Sunday, April 1, 1973 in San Francisco, California to Dr. Robert Ellis Goldwasser and Beverly Dea (nee Spritz) Goldwasser and was found deceased on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026 at the age of 52 years, 9 months, and 7 days.

He was raised in Andover, Massachusetts and graduated from Andover High School in the class of 1993.  He attended and graduated from Vatterott College, earning his HVAC certificate in 1996. 

He worked at Mar-Bal Inc. and later worked at American Precision Die Casting in Cuba, Missouri retiring in 2025 due to health reasons. 

On July 15, 2023, Glenn married Karan Sue Duncan at Bonita Valley Dance Barn in Salem, Missouri. 

He loved long walks through state parks, fishing, camping, and exploring Missouri’s beautiful landscapes.  Some of his favorite adventures were trips to Dillard Mill, the duck pond in Steelville, Bass River Resort and Eminence, Missouri. 

Glenn loved to talk, laugh, joke, and connect with people.  One of his well-known quirks was his absolute hatred of tuna. He enjoyed haunted river floats at Ruby’s Landing in Waynesville and Devil’s Elbow. He also loved rock music, good food – especially at Bandana’s or Sirloin Stockade – socializing at Spare Rib Inn and evenings spent around bonfires with friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Robert and Beverly Goldwasser; and dog, Jessie.

He is survived by his wife, Karan Goldwasser of Cherryville, Missouri; sons, Dakota Mitchell, Houston Tyler and Trenton Robert Dunsford-Goldwasser all of O’Fallon, Missouri; stepsons, David Duncan (girlfriend Michelle Griebe) of O’Fallon, Missouri and John Duncan of St. James, Missouri; step granddaughter, Adrienne Duncan of Gerald, Missouri; brother, Sanford and wife Anne Goldwasser of Maine; sister, Melissa Teipel of Maine; nieces, Mary Goldwasser of Maine and Lillian Brie Teipel of Massachusetts; nephews, Benjamin Ellis Teipel and Abraham Emil Teipel both of Maine; other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026 at Hutson Funeral Home in Steelville, Missouri.

Celebration of Life Service was held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026 at Hutson Funeral Home in Steelville, Missouri.   

The family chose cremation as Glenn’s final disposition.
