Harold Joseph Hancock, 78, Tipton, passed away on Monday, Oct. 26, 2026 at his residence.
He was born Feb. 1, 1948, to the late Harold “Pete” and Lena Mae (Jones) Hancock in St. Louis.
He was united in marriage to Marlene Lucille Farris on June 20, 1981.
Joe had been employed with Federal Civil Service.
He was preceded in death by parents, Harold and Lena.
Joe is survived by wife, Marlene; children, Harold Timothy “Tim” Hancock, Tipton and Joseph Hancock and wife Jessica; and two grandsons.
A private graveside service was held in the Dixon Cemetery.
Arrangements entrusted to Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Dixon.
