Helen Julia "Julie" Jennings of Cuba, Missouri was born on Feb. 24, 1957 to Walter and Helen (Brown) Weaver and passed away Nov. 10, 2025 at the age of 68 years.

She married Edward Michael Jennings on May 3, 1983 in Webster Groves, Missouri.

Julie earned her bachelor’s degree from Lincoln University and went on to retire as a Special Education Teacher with the Gasconade County R-2 School District.

She found joy in sewing, singing, fishing, and observing nature, particularly the beauty of wild birds.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents; and sister-in-law, Shelley Bell.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Jennings of Cuba, Missouri; children, Brian Jennings of St. Louis, Missouri and Karen (Ted) Timmons of Cuba, Missouri; granddaughter, Hailey Timmons; three brothers, Tony (Sally) Weaver of Eureka, Missouri, Strode (Judy) Weaver of Leavenworth, Washington and Walt (Gwen) Weaver of Raleigh, North Carolina; sister, Pat (Joe) Stultz of South Carolina; brother-in-law, John (Debbie) Jennings of Cuba, Missouri; other relatives and friends.

Julie has been cremated, and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
