Jered Dustin Delmont of Springfield, Missouri was born on Dec. 26, 1978 in Sullivan, Missouri to Jack Jr. and Jerry (Elder) Delmont and passed away on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026 at the age of 47 years.
He was a graduate of Bourbon High School, Class of 1997.
He began working at Horgan's Plumbing in 1998 and became one of the youngest Master Plumbers in Springfield. He started his own business, "Right Choice Plumbing," in 2005.
On August 14, 1999, Jered married Amanda Gillespey.
He joined the Lowe's stores team and in recent years, worked at Camping World.
He was a sports fanatic with an endless knowledge of all sports and cheered for the Mizzou Tigers.
Jered's hobbies included golf, hunting and spending time outdoors. Family movie nights at the theatre, complete with popcorn, was also something he loved.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and father-in-law, William Summers.
He is survived by his wife, Mandy; children, Piper Delmont of Springfield, Missouri and Cooper Delmont of Columbia, Missouri; parents, Jack Jr. and Jerry Delmont of Bourbon, Missouri; mother-in-law, Sherry Fife of Bourbon, Missouri; siblings, Jackie Delmont and wife Judy, Julie Tackett and husband Ted all of Bourbon, Missouri and Jeff Delmont and wife Christie of Hallendale, Florida; brother-in-law, Jack Gillespey of Bourbon, Missouri; sister-in-law, Melissa Wright and husband Ardel of Owensville, Missouri; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Delmont and wife Jessica, Nathan Delmont and wife Krista all of Bourbon, Missouri, Matthew Tackett and wife Amanda of Rolla, Missouri, Kyle Tackett of Bourbon, Missouri, MiKayla Delmont of Orlando, Florida, Dylan Summers of Hawaii, Steffanie Summers of Pennsylvania and Jack Gillespey Jr. of Hawaii; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, Missouri.

Cremation has taken place.
